along with a selection of works by artists from the Albers-Honegger Collection.
For this new cycle of reinterpretation of the Albers-Honegger Collection, the eac. invites seven international artists who have completed residencies at the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation to engage in dialogue with the works.
The selected artists are invited to immerse themselves in the collection by choosing around ten works with which they feel a particular resonance. These selections are enriched by their own creations, allowing a dialogue to emerge that transcends techniques, mediums, and the boundaries of time and space.
The exhibition is presented in partnership with the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation, whose main missions are the preservation and promotion of the work of Josef and Anni Albers, as well as the support of contemporary creation through a programme of residencies in three countries — the United States, Ireland, and Senegal.
